Anne Townsend, 36
"I was a brand-new trainer when I enrolled in the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Cert, but it gave me exactly what I need to confidently work with women during and after pregnancy.
In fact, it's the reason I was hired at my first job, and my first two clients had postpartum issues that I was able to help them with because of what I learned in the certification.
Now I'm doing what I love and fulfilling my dream of empowering women for a living, and I have Girls Gone Strong to thank for that!"

Ellysia Noble, 35
"I've been coaching women in fitness for over a decade, and this certification helped me with my own postpartum recovery, and my confidence in coaching pre- and postnatal women has skyrocketed since finishing the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification.
The info I've learnt has been a GAME CHANGER. If you're looking to learn how to safely coach a pregnant or postpartum person, then without a doubt you'll LOVE this certification."

Each of these women has 10–20+ years of practical and clinical experience in their respective fields and they’re the best at what they do.

Molly Galbraith, CSCS
"When I first started in the fitness industry 18 years ago, I was often the only woman in the weight room. All my teachers and mentors were men, and there was almost zero women-specific coaching and training education available — let alone coaching specific to pre- and postnatal women.
Given 85% of women in the U.S. will have children at some point in their lives — that’s not OK.
Women deserve better.
So GGS pulled together 21 trailblazing women from 12 fields of study to create this industry-changing Certification that teaches health, fitness, and nutrition professionals (like you) how to safely and effectively coach pre- & postnatal women in the 21st century."

Dr. Krista Scott-Dixon, PhD
"As a developer of this Certification, I’m excited to be part of helping health and fitness professionals bring women’s coaching into the 21st century with this truly timely, progressive, and empowering approach.
The majority of people who hire a coach, trainer, or nutrition professional are women. Yet to date, few coaching organizations have truly met women’s diverse needs — until now."

Dr. Mac Nwosu, 31
"I'm a sport and women's health physical therapist, as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
I recommend this certification without hesitation; it has given me all the tools required to coach, train, and keep my pre- and postnatal clients and patients healthy and strong.
I will never lose another client because she became pregnant and I didn't have the knowledge to treat her."

Sarah Jamieson, 40
"Since graduating from their Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification and increasing my knowledge in this area, my business and opportunities have grown significantly.
I've created my own products and courses, traveled and taught workshops, and even collaborated with other industry leaders like Dr. John Rusin as a teacher for his Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification.
I'm very grateful to Girls Gone Strong for providing such comprehensive, evidence-based information about working with pre- and postnatal clients that I can pass on to the health and fitness professionals I teach."
Attracting new clients with your expanded knowledge, skills, and services.
Becoming the obvious choice in your gym or your community for women who are pregnant or postpartum.
Getting recommendations and referrals from other industry professionals because they don’t know how to help prenatal & postnatal women like you do.
GGS Certified Coaches also report using their newfound knowledge and skills to:

Dr. John Berardi
"The GGS Academy is second-to-none and is an absolute must for any coach or trainer who works with women.
Molly Galbraith is one of my go-to health and fitness experts, especially when it comes to coaching women."

Jonathan Goodman
"The Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification from Girls Gone Strong is exactly what the fitness industry needs. Anytime someone asks me about training pregnant or postpartum women, I send them to GGS.
They’re the best in our industry when it comes to training women. If you train women or ever plan to, I recommend you learn from them."

Dr. Jessica Shepherd, OB-GYN
"This Certification has set a new standard. Not only for our industry — but for the millions of women who will now have access to the care and support they deserve in their pre- and postnatal stages.
There’s no resource like it anywhere. I encourage anyone who works with women to tap into the genius inside — and start changing the lives of your clients today."

Greg Nuckols, CSCS
"I've been a fan of GGS for years, and have pointed dozens (if not hundreds) of people in their direction.
I'm constantly impressed by everything they put out and by their commitment to following the scientific evidence over industry orthodoxy.
If you coach women, you owe it to yourself and your clients to learn from Girls Gone Strong."

Stu McMillan
"With 30 years of experience coaching female athletes, I know how important the work is that Molly and her team at Girls Gone Strong are doing.
That’s why I regularly bring Molly in to share her expertise with our coaches at ALTIS. This Certification will help you become a better coach."
