The certification is broken out into four units.
Each unit covers a different topic pertaining to coaching women. We’ve dedicated the text to address coaching and psychology, nutrition, exercise and recovery, and a summary unit that teaches you specifically how to help your clients make nutrition and exercise work in real life.
