Hey there, I’m Molly Galbraith, co-founder of Girls Gone Strong.
As a young woman, I struggled with insecurities. I felt like I was never lean enough, pretty enough, or worthy enough. My time was spent chasing a number on the scale or the barbell. After 20+ years of wishing my body looked differently, I finally discovered how to stop comparing myself to other women. Finding my own strength gave me a kind of freedom I didn’t think I’d ever experience.
