Get a clear roadmap to success with GGS Coaching.
Here’s how the program works:

1. Decide to take the first step and sign up on June 23rd.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive login info to access your personal account in our GGS Online Coaching platform.

2. Fill out the initial questionnaires.

Inside the platform, you’ll find your initial nutrition and exercise questionnaires. Here you can share your goals, history, important preferences, likes, and dislikes.

3. Meet your coaches.

Once you’ve completed your questionnaires, you’ll meet your world-class GGS Coaches Jen Comas and Amber Leonard-Thome. They’re here to help you stay consistent and hold you accountable so you can achieve your goals.

4. Receive your training program.

After you’ve met your coaches and your questionnaires have been reviewed, you’ll get a training program designed for your specific preferences and goals.

5. Learn & practice small steps that lead to lasting change.

Every week you’ll receive one nutrition skill and one mindset skill to practice daily, and you’ll track your consistency on using those new habits.

You'll also receive workouts tailored to your goals (which you can schedule in a way that suits your life).

By the end of the program, you'll know exactly how to navigate your own food choices and make healthy eating and exercise decisions that suit your lifestyle.

6. Check in with your coaches.

You’ll have weekly and monthly scheduled check-ins where you can document your consistency, progress, challenges, and wins for the week.

You’ll review your progress with your coach and discuss any adjustments. This will also help you stay accountable, which is huge for your success.

Hi, I’m Jen! I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and USAW Level One Weightlifting coach based in Utah. I’ve been training now for 14 years, and I’ve competed in Figure competitions, trained as a powerlifter, and taught yoga.
  • I’m obsessed with all things two-wheeled (motorcycles, dirt biking, downhill mountain biking).
  • I have two pups — a Corgi named Tuffy McRuffles and a lab named Yeti Betty.
  • I can’t go underwater without plugging my nose.

Amber Leonard-Thome, GGS Coach
Hello from Phoenix! I’ve been coaching for 13 years now, 6 of which have been spent coaching with GGS! I’m an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist and hold a M.S. in Kinesiology, a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. I’ve also worked as a university instructor, gym manager, and group exercise instructor.
  • I’m a morning person who loves a good strong cup of coffee (both of which are necessary when you’re deep into toddler-mom life).
  • I’ve trained for several endurance events, including marathons, triathlons, and trail races.
