These programs are also uniquely designed to be used consecutively, one right after the other for enhanced results. For example, if you want to gain maximum strength, you can use our Get Strong program with fantastic results -- but if you want to take those max strength results to the next level -- we can show you how you can use Get Jacked and Get Lean to help.
We also include multiple levels of workouts in each program so you can choose which level fits your needs best. Get Started includes beginner and intermediate levels, and Get Strong, Get Jacked, and Get Lean include intermediate and advanced levels.
